The BPO Academy’s mission is to promote personal growth and provide new knowledge under the guidance of experienced trainers.
At the BPO Academy, the end of each course is marked with a celebration! This celebration is a special time for the company as a whole and for the graduates individually, because it means that every member of the Academy is one step closer - to a better version of themselves.
BPO Academy classes are delivered online, using Zoom and MS Teams platforms. Each lesson is recorded and Academy students receive access to the video recordings and other materials.

The first course will cover topics such as relationship building, teamwork and focus on development.
During the course, students will get an understanding about the two-way motion of attitude and responsibility and the correlation between the two. We will discuss the cause and consequence mechanism and we will establish responsibilities for ourselves and other colleagues.
second course will cover topics such as voice intonation, presentation, as well as consolidating the knowledge of sales and customer service acquired in the first course.
The course will improve communication and public speaking skills as well as knowledge of how to engage an audience
The third course will cover topics such as setting and achieving goals, planning and organising time, stress management and conflict management.
The course will provide practical knowledge to improve quality of life, as well as training to develop and apply skills in everyday life.
Course 4 will cover topics such as sales mindset, persuasion and influence, creativity and creativity, as well as modern leadership.
The course will also develop skills to engage and persuade others and to be flexible in today’s changing environment. You will also understand and develop your personal leadership style.
Main topic of 5th course is emotional intelligence. You will develop skills to perceive, manage, use and understand your own emotions and emotions of others.
At the end of the course, each participant will prepare personal development plan for EI integration in work processes and communication.
Course 6 is dedicated to consolidating the previously acquired knowledge, skills and insights.
The sessions are conducted in a team coaching format — the team is initially given diagnostic tests on the quality of interaction and productivity, based on the results of which the team itself identifies the goal (or problem) to be solved and, with the help of the coach, finds the solution that is right for it and develops an action plan that, when implemented, will bring their team closer to “the best and most effective WE”.
The content and responsibilities of the job have changed over 15 years, starting as a Customer Service Specialist, then Production Expert, Sales Team Leader, Branch Manager and currently as BPO Quality Manager, where she continues to manage sales training for internal and external resources, developing quality processes to achieve the highest quality standards.
